We transform unstructured document chaos – from PDFs over images to spreadsheets – into structured data and automated workflows. We abstract away complexity for our B2B customers as much as possible.

With our solution, we contribute to the transformation of business processes as well as the further development of modern software components with White-Label Document Automation and demanding RAG processes. You will be part of a focused tech team, developing forward-looking technologies with and experiencing firsthand how they are used by customers.

As a student in the AI/ML Engineering Team, you will work directly at the heart of our technology. You will dive deep into LLM workflows and help develop a scalable infrastructure for robust data pipelines for complex document workflows. Your main tasks are:

• Pipeline Optimization: You optimize pipelines that take unstructured inputs (PDFs, images, etc.) and turn them into structured data for our customers.
• Evaluation: You evaluate and validate pipeline performance quantitatively.
• Feedback Mechanisms: You work on technologies that integrate user feedback for ongoing optimization. Innovation: You daily ask yourself, 'What if we ... try?' and bring fresh ideas directly into our product.

Qualification

You are curious, ask many questions, and love to dive deep into technical details.

• Studies: You are enrolled as a student in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related area.
• Programming Knowledge: You can write Python code - Vibe Coding makes you unbeatable.
• KI Fundamentals: You have already experimented with LLMs, maybe even fine-tuned a model, or read AI papers without falling asleep.
• Tech Stack: MCP, DSPy, Docker, and Kubernetes are not foreign words for you, and you're not afraid of the terminal.
• Mentalität: You have a 'Hands-on' mentality and love to dive deep into data and performance metrics to solve problems.
