Hello, we are otinga 😊 A young and growing company from Cologne, developing innovative bike bags that connect everyday life, design, and functionality. Our products solve real problems, and exactly that's what we also want to show in our communication.

To achieve this, we're looking for someone with a strong sense of design who is eager to further develop our email communication visually and conceptually and participate in central design projects for the brand. I know we're still at the beginning with our brand design, so there's plenty of room for your ideas :)

Aufgaben

• E-Mail-Design & Newsletter
  Responsibility for designing and implementing all newsletters and customer emails – from idea to finished mailing, including a consistent, brand-conform design.

• Kampagnen & Produktlaunches
  Development and visual elaboration of email campaigns for product launches as well as seasonal actions, including clear guidelines and recognizable designs.

• Optimierung von E-Mail-Flows & Performance
  Visual further development of existing email flows with a focus on readability, user guidance, and performance (e.g. open rates, click rates) as well as continuous improvement through learning and testing.

• Weitere Designprojekte der Marke
  Design of central design projects like the annual product catalog as well as participation in website designs and advertisements for digital channels.

• Neue Tools & KI-gestützte Workflows
  Experimenting with new design tools, particularly AI-generated image generation, and further development of modern, efficient design workflows.

Qualifikation

• Experience or education in the field of graphic design, communication design, or comparable

• Safe handling with Adobe Illustrator/ Canva and a strong sense for layout, typography, and image language

• Technical basic understanding and joy in working with digital tools

• Interest in marketing and digital communication, particularly email marketing

• Independent, structured work style as well as curiosity and willingness to learn
