Tasks

You can shape this at us:

• You support our team in telephone customer service and are an important part of our personal digital access routes.
• You take incoming calls always friendly and professionally and process them reliably.
• You help to answer customer inquiries, recognize needs, and forward these to the responsible departments.
• You take on simple, standardized sales tasks and support in implementing cross-selling approaches.
• As a digital guide, you support our customers in using online banking, apps, and other digital services.

Qualification

This makes you out:

• You are enrolled as a student (m/w/d), ideally in a study program like business administration or a comparable field of study.
• A completed training as a bank clerk (m/w/d) is desirable.
• You have pleasure in professional customer contact and a clear service orientation.
• You are communicative, reliable, and work well in a team.
• You are open to digital processes and new technologies.
