Plant HR Manager / Plant HR Manager (m/f/d) - Osnabrück Region
Job description
With several hundred employees, the plant is one of the larger production sites of the internationally active company in Germany. The technically oriented site in the Osnabrück area specializes in the production of components and system solutions for demanding industrial applications and supplies renowned customers from the automotive industry, among others. As part of a re-staffing, we are looking for an experienced Plant HR Manager / Plant HR Manager (m/f/d) for the site near Osnabrück as soon as possible.
Tasks
- Overall responsibility for HR work at the site and management of essential operational and strategic personnel processes
- Advising management and executives as a strategic sparring partner on all HR-related issues
- Responsibility for personnel planning, organizational development, talent management, and succession planning
- Support for change processes, restructurings, and measures for the further development of the site
- Constructive cooperation and negotiation with the co-determination bodies, as well as the design and implementation of works agreements
- Ensuring compliance with labor, collective bargaining, and social security law regulations
- Advising executives on labor law and personnel management issues
- Further development of HR processes and structures, as well as promotion of modern and future-oriented personnel work
- Responsibility for HR budget, reporting, and relevant key figures
Qualification
- Completed business studies with a focus on personnel management or a comparable qualification with appropriate further training in personnel management
- Several years of in-depth experience in operational and strategic personnel management, ideally in a manufacturing and technically oriented industrial company
- Experience in an HR management position or as a deputy HR manager with the desire to take the next step into overall responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of German labor law, collective bargaining law, and co-determination structures
- Experience in cooperating and negotiating with works councils, as well as in accompanying collective law topics
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, as well as high consulting and implementation competence
- Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and at the same time strong social skills
- Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach to work
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
