As a workshop manager, you will lead a small team of mechanics and be responsible for the daily management of the workshop. You will be the first point of contact for both your team and the customer and play a crucial role in the planning, technical follow-up, and quality of the work performed.
What will you do?
• You will provide technical leadership within the workshop
• You will manage your team and ensure smooth cooperation
• You will organize and monitor the daily planning
• You will investigate technical problems with vehicles
• You will check the quality of the work performed
• You will inform customers in a clear and customer-friendly manner
Profile• A technical diploma in automotive technology and several years of experience in a similar role
• Leadership experience or the ambition to take that step
• Thorough knowledge of electronics
• A precise, independent work style
• Good computer skills
• You communicate clearly and easily build relationships with customers and colleagues
