Workshop Responsible | Mechelen | Company Vehicle

Job Description As technical responsible, you will start working in our branch in Mechelen. You work 39 hours a week with 1 Saturday on 2. You receive a company vehicle with fuel card. Are you a born leader with a passion for technology? Then we are looking for you! As workshop responsible, you lead a small team of mechanics and take care of the daily leadership of the workshop. You are the first point of contact for both your team and the customer and play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our workshop. Your tasks will include: • Leading a team of 3-4 mechanics, • Ensuring the proper functioning of the workshop, • Maintaining high-quality work standards, • Developing and implementing process improvements, • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Requirements: • Technical background in mechanical engineering or a related field, • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor, • Strong organizational and leadership skills, • Ability to work independently and make decisions, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
