Function: Organize and follow up on maintenance and repairs to the machinery (road construction machinery). Plan, coordinate, and manage a team of technicians and welders. Quickly analyze and solve technical problems, in consultation with the site employees. Contribute to ideas about efficiency, optimizations, and purchases of new machines.
