Machine Shop Technician

Company Description: Location: Sittard region This international company in Sittard is specialized in delivering systems to various market sectors. From design and construction to installation and service, they offer solutions. The entire process is fully managed in-house. They are particularly active in the engineering, development, and installation of heavy mechanical systems that are used, among other things, offshore. Due to the increasing number of projects and the amount of work involved, the company is looking for a skilled machine shop technician who can contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Requirements: - A vocational training or higher education in the field of mechanical engineering or a related field; - At least 3 years of experience in the design and construction of heavy mechanical systems; - Knowledge of CAD software and ability to create detailed designs; - Experience with CNC machines and programming languages such as G-code; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
