Your area of responsibility covers our plants in Chemnitz and Freiberg.

• Overall responsibility for the operation and management of our ready-mix concrete plant
• Ensuring smooth production as well as monitoring the quality and availability of ready-mix concrete
• Optimization of production processes and continuous improvement of efficiency
• Responsibility for sales and customer service in the area of ready-mix concrete
• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing business relationships
• Preparation and negotiation of offers as well as contract conclusions
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations

• Several years of professional experience in the building materials industry, ideally in the area of ready-mix concrete
• Experience in leading and motivating teams
• Strong sales affinity and entrepreneurial thinking
• Knowledge in the optimization of production processes
• High communication and negotiation skills
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working
