What will you do?
- You will take charge of operational production processes to achieve the best results.
- You will provide your team with personal coaching and guidance on an individual level.
- You will maintain strict but fair leadership qualities within the team.
- You will ensure that production aspects such as safety and environmental standards run smoothly.
- You will encourage your team to follow rules and always strive for improvements.Profile* You have a bachelor's or master's degree and preferably 2 years of leadership experience.
* Driven recent graduates with leadership skills from extracurricular activities are also eligible.
* You are excellent at setting priorities and have organizational talent.
* You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
* You have a people-oriented leadership style and can reach the Oostakker site independently.
* You are willing to work in a 2-shift system.OfferPermanent contract with full-time employment (4/5ths employment is not possible).
- You work 40 hours per week.
- Collective leave: 4 weeks in the summer and the period between Christmas and New Year. On average, you have approximately 8 to 10 days left to choose freely in consultation with your colleagues.
- Possibility to work overtime and to take time off for these hours within 6 months.
* Attractive salary supplemented with extralegal benefits
* You will have the opportunity to lease a car by sacrificing part of your salary.
