Tasks

• Coperative personnel management in the responsible production area
• Employee development and qualification
• Implementation and coordination of workshop control taking into account the optimal use of employees, machines, and resources
• Quality responsibility: optimization, process control, trial runs
• Ensuring machine readiness and preventive maintenance
• Guaranteeing workplace safety and creating risk assessments
• Optimization of technology and processes
• Ensuring order and cleanliness
• Assistance in procurement of machines, tools, spare parts etc.
• Participation in the creation and maintenance of work instructions and working papers
• Responsibility for implementing methods and tools of the production system
• Implementation of the KVP process in the area of responsibility
• Creation of reports
• Special tasks and projects

Qualification

• Vocational training as a master or technician (m/w/d)
• Leadership experience advantageous
• Fundamental technical knowledge in production technology and processes
