We are over 190 colleagues, with our headquarters in The Hague and an office in Berlin. Our team comes from the intelligence community, defense, tech, and consultancy. What will you do?

• You will help our recruiters find candidates for hard-to-fill positions

• You will screen applications for our junior positions, many of which are in Dutch

• You will create clear reports from recruitment data that the team and managers can really use

• You will improve how we use our ATS and keep the data in order

• You will bring structure to our recruitment knowledge, starting with all vacancy texts in one place

• You will ensure that job interviews run smoothly: planning, coordination, and contact with candidates

• You will help build our relationships with colleges and universities

The position is new and will grow with you and with what the team needs most.

Who are you?

• You speak fluent Dutch and are proficient in English

• You are in the third or fourth year of your higher professional education (hbo) or university (wo) program and can work 20 hours per week, of which 2 to 3 days at our office in The Hague or Berlin

• You have at least half a year of administrative or office experience (a board year also counts) and you are handy with Excel

• You want to build a career in recruitment and are curious about how the profession works

• You take initiative: you see what needs to be done, seek help when you need it, and ask good questions

Nice to have

• You enjoy working with data, or want to become better at it

• You already have some experience with recruitment, HR, or an ATS
