Responsibilities

• You coordinate site organization and logistics as well as construction processes for our technically demanding construction projects and are responsible for adhering to deadlines
• You carry out quality assurance measures and document construction progress in the daily construction log
• You manage subcontractors on construction sites and are responsible for the hourly reports
• You calculate and ensure the material requirements for the construction site and work closely with our site managers

Profile

• You have successfully completed a foreman training course or a comparable qualification
• You already have several years of professional experience in civil engineering and ideally have experience in pipeline construction
• Your interpersonal skills and communication abilities enable you to have a respectful exchange with your colleagues and site managers as well as individual trades
• You are characterized by excellent organizational skills, independent working style, and resilience
• You are willing to travel within Germany
