This organization specializes in the rental, maintenance, and service of aerial work platforms, telehandlers, and forklifts. From Rotterdam, they serve customers throughout the Netherlands, from construction and industry to infrastructure.

Due to a recent acquisition, the workshop is fully developing. The culture is down-to-earth and informal, with short lines of communication and colleagues who help each other. In Almere, you will work together with two mechanics in the workshop. Due to growth, there is a need for reinforcement with an additional workshop mechanic.

The function
This is what you will do

As an Inside Service Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and inspections of aerial work platforms, telehandlers, and forklifts. You will work in the workshop and ensure that the machines are back in top condition. You will continue to develop your technical skills.

What you will do

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machines
• Resolve faults, both mechanical and electrical
• Inspect machines according to applicable safety standards
• Install new machines at the customer's site

You will have the space to work independently, but you can always count on support from colleagues in the office and in the workshop.

• Experience as a mechanic in mobile technology, agricultural mechanization, or internal transport
• MBO 3 or 4 work and thinking level, preferably technically trained
• In possession of a B driver's license

• Flexibly deployable and enjoy working in a close-knit team
• Familiar with digital work orders or willing to learn quickly
