• Manage incoming customer inquiries and complaints in Dutch, focusing on providing solutions.
• Advise customers about our products and services and provide them with relevant information.
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer accounts, including maintaining data in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues in sales and marketing to ensure a sharp customer service.
• Gather feedback from customers and report it to improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on product information and company developments to provide accurate advice to customers.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written); knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or similar roles is desired.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and common office applications.
• Proactive attitude with the willingness to efficiently resolve customer problems.
