Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for an enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent in Poland. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients, helping them with all their questions and needs. • Answer telephone and written inquiries from customers in Dutch and provide expert support.
• Provide information about products and services, and help customers with their orders and account management.
• Solve customer problems and complaints effectively and professionally.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for quality assurance.
• Work together with team members to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on product information and developments within the company.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service is an advantage, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to solve problems and handle customer requests quickly and effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems and good computer skills.
• Proactive attitude and self-motivated to work independently.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn in a rapidly changing environment.
