Site Supervisor Antwerp

As a Site Supervisor, you are jointly responsible for the renewal of our tracks and switches. After a full and paid training, your tasks will include:

• Preparation, planning, and execution of the works.
• Supervising the quality of the works (in-house or by an external company) and checking whether the technical and legal regulations are met.
• Ensuring safety during the execution of the works.
• Performing site inspections during which checks and measurements are carried out.
• Drawing up and completing various documents (measuring, progress reports, work reports).
• Participating in site meetings.
• Regularly reporting to the site manager (reports, schedules, etc.).
• Ordering materials and providing the necessary logistical resources.
• You work according to fixed working hours, with night and weekend shifts (on average 2 times per month).

You have:

• A diploma ASO (general secondary education) or in a technical field of BSO (market-oriented secondary education) or TSO (dual finality) in one of the following study areas: “mechanics and electricity”, “construction”, “automotive”, “chemistry”, “graphic communication and media”, “wood”, “cooling and heating” or “agriculture and horticulture” (or equivalent).
• Or an equivalent diploma or certificate.
• Or 2 years of relevant experience.

And:

• Knowledge and application of safety regulations.
• Willingness to learn and ability to analyze daily problems.
• Being familiar with and being able to work efficiently with Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Reliability and team spirit.
• Ability to organize and plan tasks.
• In possession of a B driving license.
