Site Manager Groundworks

For a stable and strongly growing contractor active in ground-, infrastructure- and environmental works, we are looking for a site manager groundworks. As site manager groundworks, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of construction sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the project plan, budget and quality requirements. Your tasks will include: • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines; • Coordinating and supervising site personnel; • Monitoring progress and reporting to management; • Maintaining a clean and organized construction site; • Identifying and resolving potential problems; • Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering, procurement and logistics. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong knowledge of construction methods and techniques; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations.
