Fiber Optic Site Manager

As a Fiber Optic Site Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of your sites within telecommunication projects. You will follow projects from study and design to execution and handover, ensuring smooth coordination of all involved parties.

Your responsibilities:

Project Monitoring & Organization

• Managing sites from A to Z (study, permits, planning, and execution)
• Reporting to the project leader on progress and challenges
• Ensuring efficient organization and execution of works

Leadership & Coordination

• Leading execution teams such as fiber optic welders, blowing crews, and installation crews
• Coordinating various parties on the construction site
• Ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication

Stakeholder Management

• Regular contact with clients, supervisors, and other involved parties
• Finding customer-oriented solutions for technical or operational challenges

Quality, Safety & Sustainability

• Ensuring quality and safety on the construction site
• Applying environmentally conscious and sustainable solutions
• Taking responsibility for all sites within your projects

You are an organizationally strong and technically skilled talent with a passion for telecommunications and infrastructure. You know how to motivate teams and always maintain an overview, even in complex projects.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, telecommunications, electricity, or equivalent through experience
• Knowledge of telecommunications and/or IT is a strong asset
• Familiar with MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
• Eager to learn and quick to master new tools and systems
• Strong in organization, quality, and safety
• Leadership skills and a motivating attitude
• Knowledge of fiber optics is a plus
