Site Manager Electricity

As Site Manager Electricity, you are responsible for the daily organization and technical supervision of electrical engineering work on the construction site. You will lead the electricians, monitor the schedule, and act as the link between the site team and the project manager.

• You will lead a team of electricians and distribute the tasks on the construction site.
• You will monitor the progress of the electrical installations and make adjustments where necessary.
• You will translate electrical plans, panel diagrams, and technical drawings into concrete assignments for your team.
• You will assist in identifying and solving technical problems.
• You will ensure that the necessary materials are available on time and place internal orders with the warehouse.
• You will process the necessary site data and take into account agreed-upon deadlines.
• You will maintain close contact with the project manager regarding planning, execution, and any technical challenges.
• You will monitor the quality of the executed electrical works.
• You will ensure that safety instructions and procedures are correctly followed on the construction site.

For this role as Site Manager Electricity, we are looking for someone with a solid electrical background who is technically strong enough to guide a team on site. You are strong in organization, but at the same time, you like to stay close to the practical execution.

• You have completed a technical education in electricity or electrical engineering.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in electrical installations and/or a comparable role.
• Experience as a site manager is a strong asset.
• You have good knowledge of electrical installations and can interpret technical plans, diagrams, and drawings.
• You are capable of analyzing and solving technical problems independently.
• You can lead employees in a clear and motivating manner.
• You work in a structured way and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You pay attention to quality and safety on the construction site.
• You are hands-on, communicative, and stress-resistant.
• Dutch language proficiency is an absolute must for this position.
