Site Manager

As the right-hand person on the construction sites, you are the link between the office and the site. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and correctly and support the managing director in the daily follow-up of projects. What will you do?

• You follow up on construction sites and ensure that everything proceeds according to plan
• You work approximately 50% in the office and 50% on the construction site
• You supervise workers and ensure clear communication on the construction site
• You contribute to solutions and intervene where necessary to ensure the works proceed smoothly
• You check the progress and quality of the executed works
• You work closely with the managing director and are his right-hand person in the daily follow-up
• You ensure proper preparation and follow-up of projects
