Site Leader Completion

Function How do you see your workdays? You will be the point of contact on the construction site, where you ensure a smooth coordination and follow-up of completion works in both houses and apartments. You have close contact with subcontractors, lead craftsmen and ensure that everything runs smoothly until delivery. Together with the team – interior architect, kitchen specialist and technical engineer – you think about the best solutions for the client. You will go on site regularly, keep an overview of the project progress and report to the project manager. Your tasks include: • Coordinating completion works in accordance with the construction schedule; • Ensuring that all necessary documents are available and up-to-date; • Providing guidance and support to subcontractors; • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project; • Collaborating with the team to find solutions for any issues that may arise during the completion phase. In addition, you will be responsible for: • Ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained; • Coordinating with other stakeholders such as architects and engineers; • Maintaining a high level of quality in your work; • Being proactive in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the completion phase. What do you need to succeed in this role? • A completed degree in construction management, architecture or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong communication and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Knowledge of construction regulations and standards; • Familiarity with project management software.
