Pier Manager Demolition Works

Function As Pier Manager you are the central point of contact for one or more projects, from start to finish. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the team performs optimally on a daily basis. Your responsibilities include: Planning and organizing work activities, both technically and organizationally; Leading the pier team, including foremen and workers, with attention to motivation, safety, and efficiency; Participation in project meetings and coordination with other stakeholders; Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations; Maintaining a safe working environment; Managing and coordinating logistics and materials; Coordinating with suppliers and contractors; Monitoring and reporting on project progress; Providing guidance and support to team members; Developing and implementing process improvements; Maintaining accurate records and documentation; Deelname aan werfvergaderingen en coördinatie met andere stakeholders; Zorg ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens kwaliteitsnormen en regelgeving worden uitgevoerd; Het onderhouden van een veilig werkomgeving; Het beheren en coördineren van logistiek en materialen; Coördinatie met leveranciers en contractanten; Het monitoren en rapporteren over projectprogress; Leiding en steun aan teamleden; Ontwikkeling en implementatie van procesverbeteringen; Het onderhouden van nauwkeurige registraties en documentatie;
