Job description
Interested in a versatile administrative job on site?
- The project manager and site manager can count on you for the complete administrative follow-up of numerous challenging projects.
- You ensure timely and correct site registrations and follow up on subcontractor registrations.
- You are responsible for project startup: from administration to managing contracts and insurance documents.
- Scheduling periodic inspections (First Aid, fire extinguishers, electricity,...) also falls under your wing, ensuring everything runs safely and legally correctly.
- You ensure clear communication with colleagues and partners on the various sites.
- Every week, you consult with the site managers about the planning of workers at the different locations.
- You contribute to efficient processes and maintain an overview in a dynamic and varied work environment.
- You optimize administration and actively contribute to improvements that benefit everyone.
Profile

- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction sector.
- You are a strong communicator and always think one step ahead.

- Administrative accuracy is second nature to you; maintaining structure and overview gives you satisfaction.
- You are highly organized and can switch smoothly between different tasks and priorities.
