Experience Required * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience * Mandatory prior experience with a couture / luxury fashion brand Key Responsibilities: * Assist in design development, sketching, and technical drawings. * Collaborate with the design team to create seasonal collections. * Manage and oversee the production process, ensuring quality control. * Source fabrics, trims, and other materials. * Coordinate with vendors and suppliers. * Manage inventory and track production timelines. * Ensure timely delivery of finished products. * Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments. * Handle all tasks from Concept to Production Skills Required: * Strong understanding of fashion design principles. * Proficiency in sketching and technical drawing. * Excellent knowledge of fabrics and garment construction. * Ability to manage and oversee production processes. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
