About the Role:

As a luxury brand evaluator, you will immerse yourself in the world of luxury to discreetly evaluate customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps brands improve their services. Whether you are visiting boutiques, shopping online, or returning a product - your voice shapes the future of luxury.

Flexibility - each store visit takes about 20 minutes, giving you the flexibility to juggle multiple tasks.

What you will do:

2. Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - talk to the salespeople in the stores or online, from the comfort of your own home.

3. Observe closely - check the ambience, the quality of service, and the overall customer experience.

4. Provide honest feedback - use our platform to share your observations via questionnaires.
