For a new prepaid mobile phone project, we're building a strong, European-wide remote team and are looking for professional partners who will support our project from January.

Tasks

Your role in the project

As a freelancer, you'll take incoming calls from prepaid customers and help with tariff questions, SIM card issues, recharges or technical basics. You'll work reliably, friendly, and according to clear quality standards – and be an important part of our service experience.

Qualification

What you must fulfill as a freelancer

Formal requirements

• A valid Gewerbeanmeldung or self-employment in an EU country
• Umsatzsteuer-ID (USt-IdNr.), to issue correct invoices to us
• Residence in the EU (except Germany)
• The ability to submit monthly, properly prepared invoices
• Willingsness to sign NDA / Data Protection Agreements

Factual and personal requirements

• Very good German (C1 or higher)
• Experience in customer service is desirable
• Reliable, structured working style
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Willingsness to long-term cooperation in the project

Technology you need

• Stable internet (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Premium headset
• A quiet, suitable workspace
• The ability to safely use digital tools and systems

Availability

• Planned capacities corresponding to the project's needs
• Participation in all training sessions
• Flexibility within service hours
