Tasks

• Team Leadership: You will take over the professional leadership of your team of up to 20 employees in the medical telephone service.
• Development of Your Team: You will regularly conduct coaching sessions and employee discussions with your team.
• Shape the Team of Tomorrow: When selecting new employees, you will play an active role by participating in job interviews and accompanying candidates during their trial period and evaluating them.
• Optimization of Processes: You will analyze service-relevant control parameters and implement corresponding measures for continuous optimization of service quality and employee retention.

Qualification

• You have completed a degree in the medical field.
• You have already gained at least 5 years of professional experience in the medical field.
• You have already accumulated several years of experience in comparable leadership positions.
• You bring high emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Readiness to work shifts and weekends.
