🧭 Your role in the crew

As ISMS Consultant, you advise and accompany our clients in introducing, developing, and anchoring information security management systems (ISMS) – according to ISO/IEC 27001, BSI-Grundschutz or individual standards.

You work closely with decision-makers and specialist teams, create risk analyses, conduct workshops, develop guidelines, and lay the foundation for sustainable resilience. You're never alone – but part of an interdisciplinary security collective that brings strategy and technology together.

🔐 Counseling with impact

• Konzeption, Einführung & Pflege von ISMS nach ISO27001, TISAX or BSI
• Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Schutzbedarfsfeststellungen & Gap-Assessments
• Begleitung bei Audits, Awareness-Maßnahmen und Notfallmanagement
• Gestaltung & Moderation von Workshops auf Management- und Fachebene
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architekt:innen, Engineers & der Kund:innenorganisation

Qualifikation

💡 What you bring with you

• At least 2–5 years of experience in information security consulting or ISMS implementation
• Fundamental knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ideally with project or audit practice
• Familiarity with risk management, regulatory requirements & security as a business enabler
• Communication strength & counseling ability – from admin to C-level
• Structured, reflective work style – with technological basic understanding
