Wells Intervention Engineer

The Wells Intervention Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and providing engineering support for well intervention activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, service providers, and offshore personnel to optimize well performance, maintain integrity, and support production enhancement strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed well intervention programs, including operational planning, risk assessments, and technical specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Provide engineering support for well intervention activities, including data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, petroleum engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in well intervention engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of well intervention technologies, including coiled tubing, hydraulic fracturing, and acidizing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Certifications: API Well Intervention Certification, API Well Control Certification.
