Wellness Consultant & Operations Executive

As our Wellness Consultant & Operations Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience from the first enquiry through to consultation, treatment, follow-up and long-term care. This is a client-facing role that combines wellness consultation, treatment delivery, consultative sales and centre operations. You will help clients understand their health concerns, recommend suitable treatment programmes, support their wellness journey and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.

• Conduct professional consultations to understand clients' concerns, goals and lifestyle
• Perform body composition and wellness assessments
• Recommend suitable treatment programmes and wellness packages based on individual needs
• Explain treatment plans clearly and professionally
• Build long-term relationships with clients through genuine care and personalised service
• Follow up with enquiries, trial clients and existing customers
• Achieve monthly consultation, conversion and retention targets
• Perform wellness and body treatment services according to company protocols
• Ensure treatments are delivered safely and professionally
• Monitor clients' progress and recommend adjustments where appropriate
• Maintain accurate treatment records and client notes
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the client journey
• Create a warm, welcoming and professional environment
• Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and walk-ins
• Address client feedback professionally and proactively
• Support the day-to-day operations of the wellness centre
• Coordinate treatment schedules and appointments
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organised and fully prepared
• Maintain inventory and stock levels
• Assist with administrative duties and operational processes

• Experience in wellness, healthcare, fitness, aesthetics, physiotherapy, rehabilitation or customer service is an advantage
• Experience in consultative sales will be highly regarded
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and digital systems
• Willing to learn and undergo professional training
