Adecco Our customer is a leading company in the steel and apparatus industry with strong market presence and a specialized team. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and experienced welding technician as a workshop leader. In this key position, you will be responsible for a 15-person team and ensure efficient production management and highest quality standards. Tasks: Leadership and Development: - Technical and personal leadership of a team of welders and grinders. Active promotion, training, and continuous staff development in the locksmithing and grinding industry. Production Management and Quality Assurance: - Control of orders under quality, time, and cost specifications (QTK). Ensuring capacity planning and optimal utilization of the team. Quality Management: - Monitoring of highest quality standards through welding inspection and end control in the grinding industry (Chromstahl finish for the pharmaceutical industry). Responsibility for workshop certifications (audit) and welding tests. Other Responsibilities: - Procurement of equipment, standard parts, and tools. Support to sales and AVOR on welding-related questions, deadlines, and feasibility studies Profile - Completed training in the field of plant or apparatus construction, supplemented by further education as a workshop leader, industrial master or technician HF - Certified as an International Welding Technician (IWS) - Several years of experience in steel construction, apparatus construction or sheet metal processing - Leadership experience in a comparable position - Funded knowledge of standards EN ISO 15085-2 and EN ISO 1090-EXC3 - Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and CAD software - Experience in grinding technology for Chromnickelstahl, especially for the pharmaceutical industry - Very good German language skills in word and writing Advantages: A responsible and varied leadership position in a dynamic and innovative company The opportunity to actively bring knowledge and experience and develop a motivated team Further education opportunities Contact Information If you have any further questions about this job posting (Reference: JN-042025-727512), please contact Radoslaw Szarko at 058 233 32 80.
