Schedule from Monday to Friday

Rotating every 2 weeks: Day: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm - Night: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check that you have your EPP complete before entering the plant
• Attend daily safety meeting
• Check pending parts in the bank, observing quantity and type of parts
• Adjust part on the bank using the manipulator or crane depending on the part
• Constantly check the conveyor belt to ensure it is clean, observing and cleaning if dirty with grease and pointed tongs to remove excess material for not sticking
• Solder missing parts and flip the piece using the crane or manipulator to solder the other side
• Re-arc when you have errors on the piece (poros) on both sides using the arc air and carbon rod, then clean the piece with the pneumatic hammer and re-solder
• Polish parts of the piece with errors such as excess solder using polish and clean the piece with the pneumatic hammer
• Change roll of solder with hands when it runs out
• Marks finished pieces using the stamp, with the letter or key of who welded the piece
• Place finished piece using the manipulator or crane on one side of the burros
• Apply the 5 S's in the work area = classify, order, cleanliness, standardization and discipline
• Replace the crane operator to supply parts to welders and painters
• Participate in kaizen or continuous improvement events
