We are an energetic team from Freiburg that has dedicated itself fully to the energy transition. Our team supports municipalities, network operators, and energy suppliers with decision-relevant data and software solutions for forward-looking planning of sustainable energy systems. In the field of Data Science & Customer Support, you will help us develop well-founded analyses and data-driven solutions for the heat planning of German cities. Aufgaben

• Vearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im Bereich Softwareanwendung und Qualitätssicherung
• Pflege unseres Toolhandbuchs und unserer FAQs
• Präsentationen, Schulungen und Workshops mit unseren Kund:innen zu unserer Softwareplattform und ihren Funktionsweisene
• Ggf. Verarbeitung, Bereinigung und Analyse von (Geo-) Daten im Kontext der Energieplanung
• Plausibilitätsprüfung und Qualitätssicherung von berechneten Ergebnisse.

Qualifikation

• You are a student:in in the field of renewable energies, environmental sciences, engineering, communication science or have experience in a related field.
• You speak fluent German (at least C1) - for professional communication with our customers.
• You have ideal experience with data processing and analysis.
• You are enthusiastic about a communicative role with direct contact to our customers and ideally already have experience in this area.
• GIS knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and bring your own ideas.
• You seek a student internship with at least 12 hours/week with the possibility of continuous further development.
• You can support us on site in Freiburg.
• You are a team player and want to actively contribute to the energy transition.
