Viticulture Trainee

Training as a winemaker/winemakerMAIN TASKSDuring your training, you will learn to cultivate grapevines in harmony with nature and without using chemical pesticides or herbicides. You will also gain experience in pruning, thinning, and harvesting grapes. In addition, you will be trained in the production of wine and other products from grapes. You will work closely with experienced winemakers and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment. The training is divided into theoretical and practical components, with a focus on hands-on experience. You will also have the opportunity to participate in internships at local wine producers and to gain experience in the production of wine and other products from grapes. The training is designed to prepare you for a career as a winemaker/winemaker in the canton's wine industry.
