Job Description As our Christmas Assistant, you are a versatile talent who loves to master different tasks as needed. Whether it's great customer service, beautifully wrapping gifts, or ensuring order in the store and warehouse As a Brand Ambassador, you create festive moments of joy by, for example, telling the stories of Rituals products to our customers, advising them with a smile, and inviting them to a fragrant tea in the meantime. Your tasks will include, among other things, processing customer orders, preparing gifts, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will also be responsible for creating a festive atmosphere and ensuring that our customers have a wonderful shopping experience. Your creativity, enthusiasm, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role. We are looking for someone who is available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and is willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
