WEG-Verwalter (m/w/d)

We are looking forward to having you join our team:

• As a WEG-Verwalter, you will be responsible for independently managing a fixed property portfolio and serving as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, and external service providers.
• In the context of tenancy agreements, you will coordinate and manage properties.
• You will also plan, lead, and document condominium meetings and implement subsequent decisions.
• After reviewing commissions, you will oversee modernization and maintenance measures.

You bring with you:

• You have successfully completed your education with a commercial focus, ideally in the real estate sector.
• You also bring professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in condominium management (WEG).
• You will convince us with your solid knowledge of common MS-Office applications and good German language skills.
• A familiarity with Domus4000 and DomusNAVI is desirable.
• Your efficient work style and self-assured as well as diplomatic communication with customers complete your profile.
