WEG Administrator (m/f/d)

What you will achieve with us:

• You will independently manage properties in joint ownership - integrated into an object-specific commercial administration team.
• You will prepare, conduct, and follow up on owner meetings - supported by modern digital tools such as HausSoft (ERP) and HUMBEE (CAM).
• You will work closely with our accounting team for settlements and economic plans.
• You will award and monitor minor repair orders together with our technology team.
• If necessary, you will conduct property inspections and get an on-site overview.

What you bring with you:

• You have successfully completed your training as a real estate agent or have several years of professional experience in real estate management.
• In addition, you have good knowledge of WEG (joint ownership) and rental law.
• You convince us with team spirit, initiative, and a high customer orientation.
• Good MS Office skills and very good German language skills at at least C1 level, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
