WEG-Verwalter / Immobilienverwalter (m/w/d)

• In your role, you will manage commercially operated objects in the WEG and rental sector.
• You will conduct property inspections, be responsible for rent collection and follow up on maintenance measures.
• You will also review and verify invoices and maintain relevant master data.
• Furthermore, you will organize and accompany WEG meetings, create business plans, and implement decided resolutions.
• Last but not least, you will handle correspondence with property owners, tenants, and service companies.

What you bring:

• You have successfully completed your education with a focus on commercial management and ideally in the real estate sector.
• You also bring professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in property management including WEG and rental law.
• You convince us with fundamental knowledge of common MS-Office applications as well as very good German skills at least at C1 level in spoken and written form.
• You can present a class B driver's license.
• A efficient working style and self-assured, diplomatic communication with customers round out your profile.
