Job description
We're looking forward to having you join us:
- In your position, you will independently manage residential and commercial properties and serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants.
- You will also be responsible for lease contract management, including tasks such as contract drafting and object maintenance for your portfolio.
- A significant part of your job will involve planning and conducting property owner meetings.
- In collaboration with external service providers, you will create and award orders and monitor the work to be performed.
You bring:
- You have successfully completed your education as a real estate agent.
- You also bring professional experience in property management.
- You possess very good knowledge of tenancy law and a secure handling of common MS Office applications, which convinces us.
- You have excellent German language skills at least on the C1 level in both spoken and written form.
- A driver's license in class B is an advantage.
- Team spirit, self-initiative, and a high customer orientation round out your profile.
