WEG-Verwalter / Immobilienverwalter (m/w/d)

• As WEG-Verwalter, you are responsible for independently managing a fixed property portfolio and serving as the primary point of contact for owners and external service providers.
• In addition, you plan, lead, and document condominium owner meetings and implement subsequent decisions.
• You prepare and process invoices and other assigned tasks in our CRM system Domus/Navi.
• Last but not least, you monitor the modernization and maintenance measures after project completion.

The things that bring you:

• You have successfully completed your training with a commercial focus and ideally in the real estate sector.
• In addition, you bring experience in the real estate industry, preferably in condominium property management (WEG).
• You convince us with fundamental knowledge of common MS Office applications and very good German language skills at least on C1 level in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of DOMUS ERP and DOMUS CRM is desirable.
• A efficient working style and self-assured as well as diplomatic communication with customers round out your profile.
