WEG-Verwalter / Immobilienverwalter (m/w/d)

What moves you at our company:

• As WEG-Verwalter, you are responsible for the professional management of residential properties and serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and authorities.
• In the context of tenancy agreements, you conduct property inspections, maintain your inventory data, and handle insurance claims in case of damage.
• You also plan, lead, and document board meetings and property owner meetings.
• After tendering and awarding service contracts, you coordinate collaboration and supervise maintenance work.
• Last but not least, you create and review invoices and contribute to annual accounting processes.

What you bring with you:

• You have successfully completed your education (or studies) with an economic focus, ideally in the real estate sector.
• In addition, you bring experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the management of homeowners' associations.
• You also possess fundamental knowledge of common MS-Office applications and good German language skills that convince us.
• A driver's license for a company car is desirable.
• Your hands-on mentality and self-assured as well as diplomatic communication with clients and tenants complete your profile.
