Real Estate Manager / Property Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking forward to having you join us:

• In your position, you will independently manage residential and commercial properties and serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants.
• You will prepare and process rent, operating, and ancillary cost statements and keep track of general payment transactions.
• You are also responsible for lease contract management, including activities such as contract drafting and object maintenance for your portfolio.
• A significant part of your job is planning and conducting property owner meetings.
• In collaboration with external service providers, you will create and award orders and monitor the work to be performed.

You bring:

• You have successfully completed your training as a real estate agent/female, ideally with further education in property management.
• In addition, you bring experience in property management.
• You possess very good knowledge of the German Property Law and a secure handling of common MS Office applications.
• A driver's license in class B is an advantage.
• Team spirit, self-initiative, and high customer orientation complete your profile.
