Our client – a traditional, family-run real estate company with over 45 years of experience in the Munich area – is looking for exactly you to manage the accounting for their property owners' associations. Here, you won't be wandering aimlessly through file folders: instead, you can expect a structured, modern work environment with digital flair and flat hierarchies, where new ideas are always welcome. You can handle most of your work comfortably from home office, but maybe you'll also be drawn to the new office loft in Munich-Allach – an inspiring location in "The Malt", where team spirit and coffee aroma flow through the corridors. Our client currently manages around 7,500 apartments in about 85 properties – enough space to fully unfold your skills as a numbers whisperer. Aufgaben

• You will manage only a few large residential complexes and will always be supported by your colleagues and management.
• With your skilled handling of numbers, you will create financial statements and business plans with ease and take care of incoming payments, advance payments, and ongoing accounting.
• Digital, sophisticated workflows support your work efficiently and goal-oriented.
• You will handle accounting and payment processing for the property owners' associations you manage independently.
• A sophisticated, digital document management system supports you in this.
• You will create financial statements and business plans independently.
• You will prepare the audit preparations.
• You will be the point of contact for WEG administrators, board members, and property owners of the property owners' associations you manage in and around Munich in all accounting matters.
