WEG Accountant (m/w/d)
Job description
You, with your keen sense of WEG accounting and your friendly, down-to-earth nature, are a trusted point of contact for colleagues, owners, and management – almost like a good house spirit that is always there to bring clarity to the world of numbers.
Our client – a traditional, family-run real estate company with over 45 years of experience in the Munich area – is looking for exactly you to manage the accounting of their property associations. Here, we don't just rummage through file folders aimlessly: Instead, you can expect a structured, modern work environment with digital flair and flat hierarchies where new ideas are always welcome.
You can do most of your work comfortably from home office, but maybe it will also draw you to the new office loft in Munich-Allach – an inspiring location at 'The Malt', where team spirit and coffee aroma flow through the corridors.
Our client currently manages around 7,500 apartments across about 85 properties – enough space for you to fully unleash your skills as a number whisperer.
Ready to take your place in the realm of number wizards? Then we look forward to your application!
Tasks
- You manage only a few large residential complexes and are always supported by your colleagues and management.
- Your skillful handling of numbers creates invoices and financial plans with ease, and you reliably take care of incoming payments, advance payments, and ongoing accounting.
- Digital, sophisticated workflows support your work efficiently and goal-oriented.
- You handle the accounting and payment processing for the property associations you manage independently.
- A sophisticated, digital document management system supports you in this.
- You create independent invoices and financial plans.
- You prepare the audit preparations.
- You are the point of contact for WEG administrators, boards, and owners of the property associations you manage in and around Munich in all accounting matters.
