Weekend Support Worker for Disability Care (MBO-4/HBO)

Do you want to work on weekends and earn extra? As a weekend support worker in disability care, you can earn up to 60% irregular hours allowance on top of your salary. You will combine day shifts with sleep-in shifts, allowing you to work many hours while still having free time.

Please note: A completed, relevant diploma is a strict requirement for this position.

Your role as a weekend support worker

You will provide intensive support to children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual disabilities, behavioral issues, or autism. You will work both individually and in small groups, focusing on:

• Supporting clients with daily activities
• Organizing fun and educational activities
• Working towards personal development goals
• Providing structure and a positive atmosphere

What we offer you

• Salary according to CAO Disability Care scale 30-40: €2326 - €3825 per month
• Irregular hours allowance up to 60% on weekends

Who we are looking for

We are looking for support workers who:

• Have at least MBO 4 level: Social Work, Personal Support Worker for Social Care, or Personal Support Worker for Disability Care. (required)
• Have experience in disability care or youth care
• Are flexible and enjoy working on weekends
• Can work independently and communicate effectively
• Are positive-minded and focus on possibilities
• Preferably possess a driver's license and car
