As a key member of our Safety Strategies team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth while ensuring user safety. Your work will have a direct impact on shaping the future of WeChat's safety features and overall user experience. Key responsibilities: * Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve user safety and satisfaction; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to integrate data insights into business decisions; * Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and measure the effectiveness of new features; * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions; * Develop and maintain complex data models, algorithms, and visualizations to support business needs; * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, applying this knowledge to improve our safety strategies. Requirements: * Master's or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; * 3+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on developing predictive models and analyzing large datasets; * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL; * Experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases; * Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn; * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively; * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams; * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
