Website Project Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You translate customer wishes into technical requirements and strategic roadmaps, steer and coordinate projects, and work in a team with other project managers and account managers.
• You take care of resource planning, deadline and budget monitoring, and quality assurance for your projects independently.
• You work closely with all our specialist disciplines together (UX/Design, Frontend- & Backend-Development, Concept, Editing, SEO, SEA, Web Analysis).
• You advise and consult with your colleagues in the team on behalf of our customers regarding concept, technical implementation, and website optimization at a high level.
• You think economically and strategically: You recognize upselling potential and actively guide customers through digital transformation processes.
• You stand in communicative exchange with our customers and internal project teams: You are the link between our customers and our team.

Qualification

• You have at least 2 years of proven experience in digital project management with websites, ideally in an agency.
• You are communicatively strong, possess a sympathetic and confident demeanor in presentations and customer conversations.
• You understand developers and customers equally well.
• Ideal would be experiences with TYPO3, WordPress, or another CMS.
• Your friends and colleagues are enthusiastic about your structuring, reliability, and empathy.
• You know yourself very well in German (spoken and written) and are fit in PM tools like wrike or asana, Microsoft Outlook, and the Office Suite.
