Website Manager/Digital Manager (Office Based), Sandwell, £40-50k This successful and stable company is now seeking a professional and organised Website Manager to join/lead their existing In-House Team. Based at the company’s Head Office you will be responsible for managing a team of 6-8 people, so prior experience in supervising/managing a team is essential. Reporting to the Directors, the Web Site Manager will be an important member of the leadership team. Responsibilities: • Create and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, and search engine optimisation (SEO). • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms. • Manage and lead a team of 6-8 people, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and effective digital campaigns. • Analyse and report on website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and other tools. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for improvement and innovation. • Work closely with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of digital platforms and systems. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers. • Ensure all digital assets are compliant with company policies and brand guidelines. • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives. • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and make recommendations for future improvements.
