Job description

Good knowledge of operating a PC and navigating the internet.
Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
Attention to detail and organizational capacity.
Seriousness, punctuality, and result-oriented approach.
Experience in e-commerce, website management or call center is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Websites online management: adding, updating, and removing products from stock.
Monitoring online and phone orders, taking them over, and finalizing the sales process.
Providing customer support via phone and email (Call Center) in a professional and friendly manner.
Issuing and managing AWB for courier deliveries.
Maintaining good communication between internal teams (marketing, logistics, delivery).
Active involvement in improving processes and customer experience.
